I've wanted to eat her for a while, we got seated and 10 minutes later no service no words exchanged just left there. The worst part is it was pretty much empty to the point where there were more staff to patrons, yet they were more worried about catching up and having conversations than their job. Very disappointing.

I was very surprised by how small and underwhelming the venue was compared to most other restaurants around Surfers especially when this brand has such a big presence on social media. The service was lacking a lot, staff ignoring customers waiting to be seated. Customers meals being forgotten completely. And not even just us both the diners on either side of us had their meal’s forgotten about. Whilst the venue was almost booked the venue was still so tiny and the ambience was so dead and miserable. Fortunately we enjoyed our cocktail and loaded fries, we would have LOVED the popcorn chicken and sauce but the serving was tiny!!! I honestly would’ve paid for a bigger portion considering the tiny size was the same price as the decent serving of loaded fries. Whilst the food was good I would never come to this location again. Maybe I would try a different location of Milky lane but not here. Makes me wonder are the franchises owned by different people or does the sole owner completely neglect this venue?

Excellent service.Food not so excellent. Bland and flavourless.Soft drink came out hot (we had to ask got ice).Margaritas was meh."Accessible" toilet is not too accessible. No hand rails, dirty in general and small.The ladies toilets have two toilets, one you couldn't use because the door was off it's hinges.Table wonky, credit to the waitress who tried to help fix it, but was unsuccessful.Very disappointing.
such an aesthetic restaurant, really cool interior design and graffiti on the walls, honestly was so disappointed there were no tables available inside but that's okay. tables were a little sticky as well. food was pretty good, I really enjoyed everything we had. we ordered the three sliders and the sides tasters and both were really nice to have a try of everything (was $56 for the two, and three shared). would definitely recommend a visit but book a table in advance so you can appreciate the interior !

I have kept up with the instagram page of Milky Lane so i knew what i was in for when coming in to eat with my partner. We both ordered cocktails and dinner for the night. Our server was absolutely lovely and gave us the run down about prices and if we would like to order from our phone by scanning a QR code or just going to the counter to order. I will say there was a few cocktails my partner did order and they didn’t have them available so he had to pick another but I’m sure that doesn’t happen often. I ordered a serving of loaded fries and a serving of the loaded popcorn chicken and my partner got a huge burger!! i had a bite and gosh it was lovely! it was a dear dinner for two people but i knew i wanted to come to Milky Lane to eat so i saved some extra money to go there. They play music over the speaker while you eat, the atmosphere is really fun and chill! I cant recommend this place enough! It wasn’t too busy either so we didn’t feel the need to book, we just went and waited to be served and took less than two seconds to be seen. I can see it being busier in the warmer months but going in the winter it wasn’t as busy i found. I seriously loved the food! I really recommend the loaded popcorn chicken!!
Great burger joint, music might not be kid friendly at times but awesome vibes and great service. Fresh tasting ice cream. Didn't try any cocktails but they looked mint. Brisket actually tastes like a smoked Brisket. Most places say Brisket but tastes like a roast beef, huge difference. Great place great food.
Henry is absolutely amazing. He really went above and beyond to make sure our group of 13 were taken care of. He truely made our night brilliant

Burgers are good but I've always added ingredients making it a more filling burger bringing prices easily to $25-35. I come because it's one of the few places with a decent (actually amazing) gluten free bun. But unless you're desperate like me to just have a nice burger without am awful gluten free bun ruining it, I wouldn't say they are anything special over any other place.Each time I've been here the service has been pretty slow and mostly they don't provide.I've come when were closed despite hours on the door and the website indicating they should be open. I've waited as long as 35 mins for a burger in a mostly empty restaurant, no one informs of kitchen delays. Every time no one brings water, no one comes to take an order, staff are either too few or idk what they are doing because tables are left unattended to and with many dishes.
Definitely a restaurant you need to try. Our server Paul was amazing - not a request too big or small! Highly recommend

Second time coming here, and somehow they managed to make the burgers even better hence my 5 stars all around this time, service is great Paul is a sweetheart, Golden Gaytime still the king of desserts and the area in general is very pretty
Wow what an awesome vibe from entry til we left…the staff are awesome so friendly also cheeky and our server Henry you are da man having to wait on 12 people bro thumbs up. Food is absolutely worth every dollar and the drinks too…loved the set up and the dining experience, and the music too I was dancing in my seat and eating lol a definite return for our family of 12…Big pat on the back guys…
Food and drinks were sublime, high sugar, high fat, exactly what we wanted. Henry's service was fantastic. Atmosphere lost points for it being a little loud but that's to be expected with this style of establishment.
This place had a lovely atmosphere which was made so much better with the staff. Our server Harper was exceptional, super kind, funny and worked really hard to make our night the best it could have been!The food was also incredibly delicious!
Service was great and friendly but drinks are just so bad. Food is ok but would not revisit. It is sweet and just not worth the price. They look fun and all but rarely any alcohol in them. For the price it is overpriced for these shots and drinks. There are better bars similar in fortitude valley.
