Once again, they did not get my order right. Ask and pay for extra onions? Got no onions. Didn't tell them to remove the pickles? Removed the pickles. Ask them for one burger? got a totally different burger. This has happened on over 10 separate occassions over the course of three years that Ive been in this area. I have returned on multiple occasions and complained multiple times but still, the staff aren't able to perform simple tasks that they set out to do. I'm beginning to question whether the staff are capable of reading the slips that come with the orders? I've worked in McDonald's before and this isn't even an honest mistake anymore, it's complete incompetence. Please get your staff to do a literacy test before working, so you can confirm that they are capable of reading at all.Do I have to deconstruct my burger in the parking lot every time I order something from here before I drive home? Just to swing around again, and tell them, hey, you forgot to add the thing I paid for? Or hey, you forgot to do the job you're paid to do. Imagine buying a bottle of sprite to go home and open it up, and finding out it's water. Would you crack it open in the supermarket to make sure it's sprite? Why do we have to check our food because your staff are incompetent and can't follow basic instructions?I had thought that maybe I was being unfair? Nope, it just happens with this McDonald's, no others I have visit had royally messed up an order as much as this outlet. Goodluck, I would have a guess and say you have a 40% success rate of actually getting what you ordered.

This place is disgusting. Staff should be ashamed. Received half of my order and stood around waiting 25min for a latte, which I never received because I cancelled after waiting so long. Staff are helping themselves with milkshakes and frozen drinks, licking their fingers while working with the drinks and ice-creams. They dropped a milkshake on the floor and no one bothered to mop it up.

The staff here were very lovely, however I'm getting McDonald's less and less because I just know that there's always going to be something wrong with my order. This time I ordered a medium meal with a drink, chips and nuggets. I only got 5 of the 6 nuggets I was supposed to get. The chips were severely undercooked, and the sauce that I received was disgusting. I ordered the McChicken sauce I think it's called. I received a little container with sauce in it, barely enough for 3 nuggets and the sauce itself was yellow and hard, almost like it had been sitting for a day.Again, customer service is lovely, but there was something wrong with everything I ordered, except my drink.

seems like every time we order something here they forget at least a whole meal?? how does that happen every time???went back to ask for our missing food and the manager could barely be bothered speaking to us and seems like they have to look after these types of issues all the time considering all he did was ask us what was missing from our order and put it in the till without talking to us again. shame this is the only option for maccas in the Success area, because if it wasn’t there honestly would be no business here considering how poorly it’s going.the attitude of the staff is also horrendous. in the 10 minutes we were there multiple staff members hollered at each other from the till to the drive thru? instead of, idk being like any other person with common sense and just walking over? it was like being in a classroom with a bunch of rowdy 15 year olds. if i wanted to go back to high school this place seems like a good spot to replicate those awful experiences.pic below is of our order.- whole burger missing- half filled large chips??- all of this was shoved into a tiny bag with another chicken wrap

This place is feral. How is this place allowed to function in such low standards of hygiene. (Watching a girl wipe dirty counters with a dirty cloth = dirt on dirt) And even worse, the slowness- 25 mins for a happy meal and a McFlurry in the quiet of night ? Love having dirt around me and the view of sludgy kitchen floors and team with uncomfortable scabby/ sores on their hands (with no gloves). Extra treats in this unhappy meal!

This place got my order wrong.I ordered a fillet o fish, apple pie and medium fries. I wanted to eat my food on the train and when I took out my fillet o fish, I saw sauce on my burger, even though I definitely asked for no sauce.

Really disappointing. A half filled mcflurry and no Bacon on my burger when I asked for it to have Bacon on it AND was charged for it.I was a manager at McDonald's and worked there for 7 years, I know this is definitely not good enough.Extremely slow service, clearly unprepared for lunch rushes.
