Love the food, have been going here for the past two years, but went yesterday and I'd suggest new staff. They look miserable and roll their eyes at you when you ask for anything. Genuinely got stressed asking for a takeaway box because I was met with no response or smile, they just handed it to me and walked off. Coming from someone who works in hospitality this is disappointing behaviour and left me feeling uneasy.
Good food in great location, however staff are unfriendly and not welcoming. The beef bento made up for it though.
The experience was disappointing. The flavor of the ramen was average, and there were fruit flies around, which was quite off-putting. Overall, it's not worth the money or time.

We got the buta kimchi ramen and the pork ramen (forgot the name of) which were both soo flavourful and nice. Gyoza also pretty solid.
I’ve been there so many times and this is the first time I got disrespectful from the waiter attitude and behavior, the way she speak to me like I was nobody to her. She doesn’t have the customers service, she doesn’t know how to communicate/ solve the problem probably for the customer. I came back multiple times because the taste of the meal and drinks/dessert really nice but untill now, I will never come back to this restaurant. This restaurant need to take more seriously hiring professionals waiter/services rather hired someone without skills.
Ramen and fried octopus, Both very good. It was a Saturday lunchtime, so restaurant was pretty quiet, but good service.
I was extremely disappointed with the beef ramen I ordered. The meat was overwhelmingly fatty, and to make matters worse, the dish lacked any discernible taste. A regrettable dining experience that I won't be repeating. Additionally, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful with our dining experience.
I recommend the gyoza ramen, which tastes really good and very filling. Soft shell crab ramen is also good, but the fry eggs toppings made the entire soup/stocks very fishy/eggs smell, and it made me feel off after. Overall, it's good ramen, good portion.
genuinely love coming to these chains. whenever i’m hungry and craving ramen i’ll almost always try to find my closest ajisen ramen. the chicken katsu ramen is by far the best thing i’ve ever eaten and the iced matcha au lait is superb

No idea how this place stays open when Parco and Shujinko are so close by offering better food, service and atmosphere.

We had their pork ramen, it looked okay but had some serious heat which I highly suggest they should mention that on their online menu. We ordered it via the app didn't say it would be that spicy.
Ordered their best seller beef ramen. Honestly, was a bit disappointed. The ramen was so so ans a bit on the bland side. The beef was slightly tough and the soup was a bit too light for my taste. I’ve had much better ramen for less.

It was mid. The flavour in the soup was pretty bland and the chicken was crunchy on top but soggy at the bottom. The toppings on it were great I really like it as well as the whole vibe it was nice. Wouldn't go here again tho. It was $21 for a pretty poor meal that was such small portions. The service was pretty bad too. You barely interact with the workers great if your an introvert. The only interaction you have is when they point at your table and when you pay. On-top of everything the outside menus had no prices so when you actually found out the price you feel too guilty to leave. Every meal is about 20-25 and is an absolute rip off for the taste and portion size.
Although this place is well-known for its ramen, I haven’t tried yet. I came here and had the steamed Gyoza. The pork filling was quite bland (to me:)), btw it was still good. I’ll come back and try its ramen :)) hahaa

first time visiting ajisen ramen. was craving fried seafood and this fried octopus really hit the spot.
One thing though, the prices advertised on the posters don’t match the prices when you actually want to buy the food, it’s significantly more expensive than what is shown in the posters and menu outside the restaurant
so that was disappointing.
this was the only dish that felt right at it’s price point to me.

Excellent customer service. There was No queue during our visit. They offer orders on the table with barcodes and pay later at the counter.
After making the order, the team members will serve the drink or sky juice.
We ordered one ramen for sharing and the team member offered to provide us with two sharing bowls & cutlery. That was so nice of her before we even ask for it.
The ramen was great too but nothing outstanding I can say.

Tried many ramens , never seen why people like them so much. The ramen at Ajisen, changed that for me, it was delicious!
I embarrassed the hell out of myself here trying to eat the most delicious ramen I've ever had. 100% worth it.
Reasonably priced meals but not huge servings. Started with takoyaki and tofu. Then prawn ramen, karaage chicken ramen and a tonkatsu donburi. Food was good, nothing outstanding The sodas were nice too. Fast and friendly service

Variety of ramen options with majority of them having Tonkatsu broths. The broth was flavorful! The gyozas were average.
If you want a ramen with a lot of choices, this is the best spot.
I ordered their original Classic Ajisen Ramen and my fiance got their Karaage Curry Ramen.
Plus we also ordered Takoyaki which is same taste as with other restos.
I highly recommend their Ramens!

Have only tried the ramen here so far which is decent. The broth was really flavourful and the noodles were cooked well, it is the straight kind so it looks similar to a thinner spaghetti. Quite a lot of variety for different toppings. Service was quick. Overall not the top kind of ramen joint but no complaints and it's satisfying on a cold winter day. They also have outdoor seating so you could bring your dog.
The taste was good and presentation was good. Giving it 2-star because we found a fly in one of the soups.🥴 They did get us a new one. I would have like the soup little more spicier.
One of the best ramen joints in Sydney. I had the Special Tokusen ramen it came with a delicious broth and a big portion of noodles along with three different kinds of meat each cooked differently. I came here twice during my visit and enjoyed the dish on both of those times including in a delivery. Very recommended.
