Me and my friends use to go there every second day for food now staff is so rude there today I waited 10 minutes for order no one attended me. The girls were walking around not even said hello to me after that long wait I come back. I asked for a Buritto with no corn, even then she added corn, I said its okay just scrap it from top so she does not have to remake it and then scrapped of everything including cheese not adding the cheese on top. I also asked for a student discount they do and I am seeing on the screen that it got discounted by 5c.Not a huge deal but when I asked for receipt she says that she only did the 10% discount on extra sauce.My concern is if she already knew that why did she just go with it. She said later I cant do a refund and was working very half heartedly there.Never go to this Zamberero again!!😡

Edit: after speaking with the store manager and returning the level of customer service and product knowledge had increased, would go back.Don't waste your time go elsewhere (mirabooka is great) the staff here seem to not have any customer service or knowledge on what they are doing.It was the final straw today when I ordered nachos but received something that did not come close to nachos (all it contained was cornchips, meat and cheese).

When I think of a burger I think beef but their chicken burgers are pretty damn good!Also their half chicken box is pretty good value and quite tasty!They have a rewards program (like most places these days I guess) which gives you some good deals every now and then.

In the past I loved Bondi burgers with bit of extremo sauce. I loved the burger among McDonalds, KFC, or Hungry Jacks.However, today I had the same burger after a long while and the taste is worse. Ordered Thursday deal and paid through app, is told at drive through there are no chickens available.Place the same order the following Thursday and was told 1 hour wait as there is only one oven to cook their chicken in the kitchen. Got home and chicken was undercooked while chips was all soggy.Got a phone call to solve my complaints by offering me another deal, not a complimentary voucher, but to pay another deal for the same order.Never going back and head office management should not advertised such deals without upgrading their stores' equipment. Not the staff problems, but rather management incompetence in head office.

Went to the drive thru today and there was a 15 minutes wait on the chicken boxes. I thought I would get fresh food so I was willing to wait. I ordered a quarter chicken box with chips. This is what I got instead. Waited 15-20 minutes only to get cold rice as a side and as small of a portion as it could get. The chicken was fresh but what's the point if the rest of the food is cold and you get the wrong items? Very disappointing especially when you have to grab a quick meal before work and don't have time or energy for all this..

Guys, i requested for fresh and crispy chips and they are saying that we have cooked in a fresh oil that’s y it looks like this!! So that means they don’t cook in a fresh oil, generally!! And on the top of everything, when I complained to them, staff is saying, we did our best!! One of the best answer what i heard in my life from hospitality sector!! Keep it up guys!! Ordered 10:15 on 2 Feb 2022. Unfortunately had a horrible experience this time. Normally I get a Bondi burger which is always good. Today I ordered the half chicken box. It was some of the driest tasteless chicken I have ever had. Tasted like it was made the day before or totally overcooked. Skin also had a bitter taste to it, like it was burned or grill not cleaned recently. Stay clear not recommended. Chips and garlic sauce was nice, but did not make up for a very expensive meal where main ingredient tasted like unseasoned rubber. Great front desk service. What a shame the friendly lady did not realise she served such a horrible plate of food with such a smile and helpful attitude.

Really good food, at first the girl was really nice. I ordered a regular chips and gravy and at first she just handed me my chips, i told her i also ordered gravy and she goes “oh” then starts pouring it on my chips rather than asking if i wanted it separately like she did other customers. i tried to stop her midway then in the rudest tone she responded “oh.. okay” then proceeded to give it to me still with the same attitude. the foods worth it but is the customer service?

I usually really enjoy food from oporto. We order it every couple weeks. Today we went into the Joondalup store and ordered over the counter - two salads and a chips. We took the food home to eat and there was a bug in my salad - we have thrown out both salads after finding it. I already ate half of the salad and I feel sick after finding the still moving bug.

Friendly service! Nice lads. Really quick and everything tasted amazing! Even twisted my arm into getting a large meal in the nicest way.

I enjoyed the flavors and quality of the food, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the presence of hair in my order , which was quite disappointing.

I online ordered burger and didn’t realise there is Bacon in it. It was my mistake and I overlooked an ingredients however, staff offered me new burger with smile.
