Food was good however, staff were rude and unhelpful. I got a regular burrito bowl but they ran out of regular size bowls so they gave me a large bowl. They also ran out of lids so they wrapped it in glad wrap. Charged me full price for a quarter of a bowl of food. I used to love this zambrereo but it has gotten worse all salads are always running out!
I’ve had consistent problems with this particular Zambreros, both in person and DoorDash orders. For example, I have ordered a “toasted burrito” multiple times, and then receive a regular, untoasted burrito. Staff do not seem to be well trained on the options that are clearly advertised.
Ordered dinner via the website last week, went to go collect and 3 workers didn’t even acknowledge me or ask if I was okay. I stood there for about 5 mins until a Ubereats man came into store to pick up a meal. Once I was finally asked if i was okay, they hadn’t even made my meal yet and it wasn’t ready. What’s the point of ordering online when your staff can’t even make it on time.All 3 young staff on this night were standing around chatting and picking there music choice . Not once did I get an apology from any of them.This is not the first time this has happened and this will be my last time ordering from this store again.

First review I’ve ever left but just had too. What absolutely awful service Saturday 24th feb 7:30pm. Three young blokes carrying on like absolute pork chops rude to all customers swearing at each other felt bad for the poor young lady having to work with these three
I went here not knowing what to order, and a lovely worker (Kira if I remember correctly) was able to help me order a chicken burrito. She was extremely helpful and talked me through everything. Will definitely be back, you go Kira!

Came into the store for some dinner around 8pm on a Thursday night to see that the staff were not only rude to us but treated us as though we were an inconvenience. Most salad options were unavailable despite the time and store looked like it was closing as the staff had packed up chairs and mentioned they were beginning to close.
Everyday I eat Zambrero. Everyday the cost of vegan bowl is $13.90. And for the sausage the staff charged me extra. They have their different rules for this store. Wow. Thank you to the staff. Never come back on this food restaurant. Shame on you.
Ordered online and went to pick up at estimated time. Stood at the counter for about 10 minutes getting ignored. Finally someone asked what we were there for and we gave them our order number and they couldn't find it so had to start again. The whole process took 50 minutes from ordering to getting our food. Got home and they got 5 out of 7 things ordered wrong.

This is the second time I have ordered through the app and each time I have arrived in store they have not even made the order so we end up waiting in line while everyone else orders and has their meals made. What’s the point of even having an app to place an order if it’s never even going to be made. Terrible service. Not even an apology from the staff on both occasions. The owner of this store really needs to pick up their game on training their staff in customer service and watching for orders coming through on the app. If we order again I’ll give your money to Uber eats instead so they can take a cut. Very disappointed.
Normally the service is fine for a takeout place and the food is quite tasty but tonight the service was terrible. I ordered through the web site and the staff were quite rude when I was picking up my meal especially when I was trying to confirm if it was my complete order. I should have persisted as when I got home I found they forgot 3 out of 4 tacos in the order. Now trying the ring the store it goes to a voicemail box that isn't even set up. Highly annoyed!
Service is terrible, not one friendly welcoming face, not one smile or hello as you walk in. I am disappointed with the customer service here time and time again. I didn’t know you guys were hiring robots… I would understand during pressuring times but it’s a common occurrence, even when the place isn’t busy. Came here for a late lunch today.The staff were absolutely wonderful and the owner should be very happy that the girls working there (today) are very friendly, attentive and fast working.The store is clean and well looked after. Plenty of seating inside with a good atmosphere for eating alone or with others.I’ve always found Zambreros to be much more expensive than other burrito 🌯 stores but that is nothing against THIS particular store so couldn’t mark down in good conscience. Regardless if still come back here for sure!
Me and my friends use to go there every second day for food now staff is so rude there today I waited 10 minutes for order no one attended me. The girls were walking around not even said hello to me after that long wait I come back. I would never go back there even my friends won’t go there anymore they loose 5 regular customers by doing that to me today.

I asked for a Buritto with no corn, even then she added corn, I said its okay just scrap it from top so she does not have to remake it and then scrapped of everything including cheese not adding the cheese on top. I also asked for a student discount they do and I am seeing on the screen that it got discounted by 5c.Not a huge deal but when I asked for receipt she says that she only did the 10% discount on extra sauce.My concern is if she already knew that why did she just go with it. She said later I cant do a refund and was working very half heartedly there.Never go to this Zamberero again!!😡
The counter looked empty, messy and unwelcoming at 8:30 pm…Staff was more into chatting than serving customers and talked to me as if whispering..Food tasted alright but not really fresh. would really prefer some other fast food restaurants in the future 😅
Edit: after speaking with the store manager and returning the level of customer service and product knowledge had increased, would go back.Don't waste your time go elsewhere (mirabooka is great) the staff here seem to not have any customer service or knowledge on what they are doing.It was the final straw today when I ordered nachos but received something that did not come close to nachos (all it contained was cornchips, meat and cheese).

When I think of a burger I think beef but their chicken burgers are pretty damn good!Also their half chicken box is pretty good value and quite tasty!They have a rewards program (like most places these days I guess) which gives you some good deals every now and then.
First time ordering from this branch. Wasn't impressed with the food wasn't as tasty as when we order in Canning Vale. The rice was very slodgy thick. Flavour was not good.

In the past I loved Bondi burgers with bit of extremo sauce. I loved the burger among McDonalds, KFC, or Hungry Jacks.However, today I had the same burger after a long while and the taste is worse. Had a chicken salad bowl. Salad was fresh and chicken was tasty. Prompt service and not too bad on price for what i ordered. Reccomend if your after a refreshing bite thats not too heavy
The worst Oportos in Australia they never get your order right and always lie about it and say they did!! Not only do they get it wrong they miss 3-4 items.
I had a 1/2 chicken box and it was pretty good! The sides rice and tomato salad were good and loved the pita bread included. Definitely will get oporto again that was only my second time trying Oporto.
Got drivethrough today 2pm. The staff member was lovely, understanding, efficient and has a beautiful smile. The food is always great, my fave is the Pulled Chicken Bowl it’s devine with a few cheeky yummy chips. Thanks Oporto Balcatta

Ordered Thursday deal and paid through app, is told at drive through there are no chickens available.Place the same order the following Thursday and was told 1 hour wait as there is only one oven to cook their chicken in the kitchen. Got home and chicken was undercooked while chips was all soggy.Got a phone call to solve my complaints by offering me another deal, not a complimentary voucher, but to pay another deal for the same order.Never going back and head office management should not advertised such deals without upgrading their stores' equipment. Not the staff problems, but rather management incompetence in head office.

Went to the drive thru today and there was a 15 minutes wait on the chicken boxes. I thought I would get fresh food so I was willing to wait. I ordered a quarter chicken box with chips. This is what I got instead. Waited 15-20 minutes only to get cold rice as a side and as small of a portion as it could get. The chicken was fresh but what's the point if the rest of the food is cold and you get the wrong items? Very disappointing especially when you have to grab a quick meal before work and don't have time or energy for all this..
Guys, i requested for fresh and crispy chips and they are saying that we have cooked in a fresh oil that’s y it looks like this!! So that means they don’t cook in a fresh oil, generally!! And on the top of everything, when I complained to them, staff is saying, we did our best!! One of the best answer what i heard in my life from hospitality sector!! Keep it up guys!! Ordered 10:15 on 2 Feb 2022. Unfortunately had a horrible experience this time. Normally I get a Bondi burger which is always good. Today I ordered the half chicken box. It was some of the driest tasteless chicken I have ever had. Tasted like it was made the day before or totally overcooked. Skin also had a bitter taste to it, like it was burned or grill not cleaned recently. Stay clear not recommended. Chips and garlic sauce was nice, but did not make up for a very expensive meal where main ingredient tasted like unseasoned rubber. Great front desk service. What a shame the friendly lady did not realise she served such a horrible plate of food with such a smile and helpful attitude.

Really good food, at first the girl was really nice. I ordered a regular chips and gravy and at first she just handed me my chips, i told her i also ordered gravy and she goes “oh” then starts pouring it on my chips rather than asking if i wanted it separately like she did other customers. i tried to stop her midway then in the rudest tone she responded “oh.. okay” then proceeded to give it to me still with the same attitude. the foods worth it but is the customer service?
I usually really enjoy food from oporto. We order it every couple weeks. Today we went into the Joondalup store and ordered over the counter - two salads and a chips. We took the food home to eat and there was a bug in my salad - we have thrown out both salads after finding it. I already ate half of the salad and I feel sick after finding the still moving bug.
Friendly service! Nice lads. Really quick and everything tasted amazing! Even twisted my arm into getting a large meal in the nicest way.
