In 2012, Sharetea came to Australia because people there wanted a fun and tasty way to drink tea. Sharetea is not like other tea places—it wants to share the goodness of traditional tea in a cool way. Sharetea really cared about using top-quality stuff and making their tea with great ingredients. better off ordering at another boba place. 1st time here the rainbow jelly tasted weird i had to throw away the drink. 2nd time i got a tiger drink and the worker made it in like 10 seconds, it was straight milk. it's a shame because other shareteas i've been to are not like this, i think it is only this location.

honestly with this much bad reviews, council should definitely shut this place down. customer service was absolutely terrible! Waited in line for so long for them to cut me off and say “we’re closed”. And not just that, I walk pass their business everyday and their always having so much attitude to customers.

I bought milktea and the staffs aren’t that friendly, frowning while taking orders. Also, wanted this mango crush and it says it’s with popping pearls and now they have to charge me for it. I don’t know if I’m mistaken or they just have this as advertisement.

This is my worst experience buying milk tea, the pudding written on the sticker is finally added to the pearl, the pearl becomes the pudding... The powder is still not mixed... I don't know what the employees are doing...

Drop by here to get a Sharetea. Got the Pudding, Pearl & Herbal Jelly milk Tea it's one of my favourite here. My all time favourite here would have to be their Okinawa Milk Tea it's rich with milk tea with nice brown sugar flavour and the Sticky purple rice Yogurt, Taro & red bean yogurt were pretty good too.

Purchased 3 teas today here, the team was fast and super friendly. The teas themselves were excellent, pearls were made just right! This place actually gave a decent amount of toppings, not like other shops that we went to. The shop was clean and well maintained. Overall, very pleasant experience and will definitely come back multiple time! Highly recommend!

I has been charged double for only a large jasmine green tea with pearls. The staff forgot to add the member discount. The first card transaction was approved ($6.90). I told him that and he said loudly he canceled that transaction. And he charged me another transaction $6.10 after adding discount. No receipt was given. This is not professional and the service is quite poor. After checking, there are two transactions deducted in my bank account to Sharetea. This happened on Monday 28th Aug 2023 at 7:11pm. I tried to contact to Sharetea and even the Sharetea Chinatown. Sharetea responsed that they will contact to Sharetea Chinatown to investigate. However, until now I haven’t received any response from the owner. I expect you should contact and refund the amount of $6.90 that your staff made mistake and it is not acceptable when being charged double for only one drink. I am waiting for that. Thank you

Just your average bubble tea joint that gets surprisingly busy and you can see them getting banked up with orders and struggle to efficiently work the drinks. The taste of the drink is nothing special but it isn’t bad but no redeeming quality to return when there are many other choices close by.

This is controversial, I know. But, yes, this chain is where I get bubble tea in Haymarket. It's decent and frankly, I don't feel like paying $10 for a tea from the fancy places.

The biggest downside is that they're hopelessly understaffed, with usually only one person both taking orders and making the teas.

I regularly order my tea or smoothie half sweet, loads of mix in options. There aren't seats to sit down.
