I had covid. Then last night I had Nando’s delivered from here for dinner. After eating some delicious chicken I retested and was completely covid cured.If that isn’t a testament to the restorative health benefits of portuguese chicken, then I don’t know what to believe in life.Highly recommend for those with covid!

Alright. So we walk in (me and my 5 other friends) and i see the new dish that is being introduced at nandos. The hallumi sticks + dip. The holumi is of decent length, so once i get seated, i order it. When I receive my order, THE 5 HALLUMI STICKS WHICH I PAID $8 FOR ARE HALF THE SIZE THAT THEY ADVERTISED IT AS. Taste was good, but scam in the quantity. Secondly, when a waiter came to give one of my friend his order of peri peri chips, she did not mention the full name, so my friend was unsure. Then the manager comes to our table and in an AGGRESSIVE TONE, IN A WAY. SHOUTS AT MY FRIEND, ASKING HIM WHY HE DIDNT TELL THE EMPLOYEE THAT THE CHIPS WERE HIS WHEN SHE ASKED. that's all I have to say, not the experience I was hoping for. On a side note, the staff were good and friendly, but the manager has to improve his tone.

Peri peri goodness! Extra peri salt provided upon request. Lovely staff and no pressure to order using the app - they're happy to take your order at the counter. Tenders were decent and not these pathetic tiny things some franchises serve! However, lots of old chips made their way into my bowl 😞 Not so for my partner.

Would go to this specific nandos as they generally do provide better service, however one particular female staff member has a terrible power-trip attitude problem and was extremely rude when wrong order was given/ food quality issue was raised. Chips are almost always overcooked to the point of being brown and inedible (last 6 times in a row) - ordered them uber eats today and same issue. None of the other nandos branches overcook them to this point. I was also told one time that the perrinaise was dairy-free when it actually wasn't and I was ill after this as well. Owner is lovely but sadly will not be returning here.

I think I have tasted all Nando’s franchise in CBD and I can safely say this one was the best one. At the first I’m fan of Nando’s but besides it. This one was the best in my opinion thats because of its plenty space and tables that exist on this store. Moreover the time for preparation was so fast. I just ordered and I went to wash my hand, when I came back it was on our table. The staff was nice and friendly. And I left there when I was 100% satisfied. I recommend it to you if you wanna go Nando’s in CBD.

We've been to many Nando's and food-wise, this was on par. In general, it feels like the prices keep going up and the serving sizes getting that little bit smaller. Staff were friendly enough, food came out quickly. This is my go to place for a quick lunch or dinner in the cdb or to fill in time waiting for a theatre show. ....much cheaper than the surrounding restaurants, and I usually enjoy the food more 😁 Was particularly useful and yummy when Harry Potter and the cursed child played in 2 parts with a two hour wait inbetween each show. Whilest others lined up at nearby pubs and restaurants - I took advantage of this venue

This is the worst Nando’s I ever been.a complete lack of hygiene-The floor at the counter was disgustingly greasy, tables have dirty black spots everywhere.The food is nightmare- the half chicken portion is a joke and it had a dodgy smell something like a puke. I really loved this Nando's. One of the best in Brisbane. Lovely layout and design for the restaurant including water stations and sauce bottles. The chicken was juicy and nicely cooked on the outside. Minimal charring on the skin of the chicken. The staff were also very nice and friendly.

2023 UPDATE - 4 Stars:Things seem to have improved based on my recent experience, therefore I’m increasing the rating from previously 2 star ls to 4 stars.2016 - 2 Stars:I've always been a Nando's fan. I do go there at least once in a fortnight. Nando's restaurants have always been one of my suggestions to anyone looking for good/value for price chicken. However, after tonight I would rather not to go back to their "Albert Street" restaurant anymore. We ordered a whole chicken platter plus a quarter chicken, both were too "salty" in way one could not have the chicken. My dad who likes salty food, started whinging about it which was something very strange for me. My mum didn't even touch the chicken. For me, it was too salty and unpleasant comparing to what I had had previously at other Nando's restaurants. Regardless of being too salty, everything else was good.

I ordered the lunch special, however it took 20 minutes to be made.Staff are not overly motivated or excited to serve you.The chicken was overcooked and under-seasoned. I do not accept that this is in the spirit of Portuguese cuisine.Prices are high also.One thing I like about this restaurant is that there are complimentary condiments of high quality - the sauces are excellent.

Ordered takeaway via the app. Food was ready on time though I only realised after leaving the store that no cutlery or napkins were packed in the bag - maybe this isn't the default these days, but I don't recall seeing an option/prompt in the app when ordering, nor was I asked upon collection. No biggie that's why I keep spare cutlery in the office.My super fuel salad was pretty tasty though portion wise felt pretty light for $17, so it won't be my first choice of salad options from fast food chains.

Decent quality food with the menu including a wide range of food items across starters to main course. Peri peri chicken is very popular here. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. We also ordered a combination of quinoa super food with salad and peri Peri chicken which was good.

Gotta view menu and order from the QR code on the table. Not too many staff but the food still came pretty quickly and the sweet potato fries with peri-peri seasoning was really good. It was soft and fluffy and topped with lots of seasoning. Seating area was clean and the wait staff are also helpful with the ordering process.
