- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon of garam masala
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- 1–2 finely chopped green chillies
- 1 Teaspoon of dry mango powder

Step-By-Step Samosa Recipe
For Dough
- Step 1: To prepare a dough, add all-purpose flour to a bowl.
- Step 2: Add carom seeds, salt and oil and then start mixing them until the mixture feels crumbly.
- Step 3: Next, add the water to the mixture and knead it to make a soft dough.
- Step 4: Once the dough is ready, cover it with a damp cloth.
- Step 5: Leave it to rest for 30 minutes.
For Filling
- Step 1: In a frying pan, add the oil and heat it on a low flame.
